i must apologize if i came off like an ass or not
i just get sick of the bullshit that has been associated with the entire incident
the guy with the shirt-- ok that was stupid ( kind of like a guy with a shirt that says i inspected flight 800) i am not going to defend that
but i cant see how everybody blames the security or the bar when 1 idiot did it
yes hindsight being 20-20 they should have stopped him yet how many of us have seen some big creepy looking guy at a metal show???? and acting odd to boot???
and you asked me if i could read minds----no
yet somehow the security people at a bar are supposed to be able to that
let's put the blame where it belongs and not continue to pass the buck as they say

well put. And, in America today, if you get a good enough lawyer, one could sue the boys parents, and the person that got him the gun and the bullets. I heard it was his mom? Can you imagine that conversation? "Mom, I want to kill Dimebag because I heard he broke up Pantera." His mom says "Ok Nate, here is your gun, ask your father for the bullets and be home before 1 am ok?"

That's fine. I don't know the details of the lawsuit, nor do I know much about wrongful death lawsuits. The blame surely belongs to the dead shooter. But yes, it was stupid to go see a band and where a shirt saying "fuck you" to a member of the band, whether it's Scott or Lars or Tommy Thayer. I did want to clarify that Anthrax never liked the Alrosa, even though they played there.
