It's obvious that Krank has a shitty product, no matter how much Guitar World kisses their ass.

I was talking with Bob from Firewind, and he said that the reason Gus switched to Randall was because he was sick of the bullshit with Krank. If something goes wrong with your Krank and you have to send it back under warranty, it takes months, sometimes up to a year to get it back. They have really shitty customer care.

Pretty soon the only people who will endorse Krank will be Dimebag and Dethklok. One is a dead guy and the other band is a fictional cartoon.

Nice, that is great news! ...although Jeff is one of the only guitarists Ive heard to get good live tone out of a Krank.

Um, hasn't he used them for years now? including Kranks, Marshalls, Peavys, Mesas... ect...

Also I can't find a press release on the ENGL site but it's on his website so it's probably true.
