Though I've only played this amp once, I immediately fell in love with it. I love how it has this peavey growl quality but a little more controlled and marshally then a 5150 with lots of definition. Definitely getting one when funds permit.

I've uploaded a small clip of the JSX, still not completely happy with the mix, but getting there. Any comments etc would be appreciated.
Don't know about for recording but live I didn't like it for fast rhythm playing, but like someone else said about the mesa/marshall thing, I really liked that I could get a rhythm tone very close to what I get with my dual rec on the ultra channel if i used my prs and i could also get a more marshally liquid lead tone out of it. Also I LOVED the crunch channel for lead playing.
