Was it Odyssey Pets in Dallas? Sounds kinda like it, that's where I buy Blitz's 'spensive dog food. I went peering at the fishies last time we were in there and they had a goddamn frog in the fucking tank. So, of course, I screamed and ran out of the store.

Yay! I really like that place, the people that run it are AWESOME. They always remember us and give us free crap and seem genuinely concerned about Blitz. He is so picky about food, they worked with us and let us try about 10 different kinds for free until we found one he likes. It's like 90 dollars a bag, but there is such a difference in his coat and energy and he loves it. I heart Odyssey Pets! They have fishy webcams too!
Yeah I really liked it too. I didn't really need to get anything yesterday, but I liked their store so much that I bought some water conditioner from them. And yus, fishy cams! Derick and I have been watching them. They have a doggy cam too (looks like the area behind the counter) but I never see the doggies running loose, poop.

All of my fish have been attacked by some serious Ich. I have never had a problem eradicating this fucking pest, but this time it just WON'T DIE OFF.
I've gone through several of my usual medications, and it just gets worse every time I peek at the tank. I've been changing out a little over half of the water with each dose daily...adding salt, aeration, etc.
I used quick cure for 4 days, jungle ich clear for 4 days, and neither worked.
I got my old tank heater from my mom's today, and I just found out that it doesn't work.
hopefully WalMart gets some new ones in stock ASAP
My favorite guppy, of course, looks the worst of the lot...and my blue gourami looks awful.
oh well, this is what i get for shopping WALMART
not like I had much choice for freshwater fish in this town...walmart is the only place I can get meds, too

You have no Petsmart, Petco, or other pet store around? Wal-Mart, the last time I checked anyway, didn't have crap in the way of medication. But yeah, you're really taking a chance when you buy a Wal-Mart fish. Albert Fish is the only betta I've ever had that's had any kind of problem (tail biting plus I think some fin rot), and he came from Wal-Mart.
