the dvd would pretty much be the only thing I would buy The Black Sessions for...
I'll buy it anyways, so you might be lucky someone like me excists... but for some people it won't be worth it to buy it now.

which, most often includes public showing of the DVD, which in turn this should count as...

It's against google video policy and will be taken down as soon as any moderators notice it, that's for sure. Official music videos and anything commercial is a problem, if you've noticed the official music videos that are on there rarely last very long.
