I understand the 'wow' factor but you could certainly buy something more useful if you'd sell it + gain some extra space. Also maybe you could work on some other stuff to attract people (i.e. better adversiting, better pictures of your studio, better ways to present your past work and clients, whatever, etc.) I saw that you have a pretty good looking room and some very cool amps, I think it can be way more attractive than a console. My 2 cents! (or buy a better console ahah!)
