Anyone wanna share a cab? I arrive at 6:20pm but by the time I've got to the exit with luggage, it'll probably be more like 7pm.

So you have an international airport and the metropolis that is St Paul / Minneapolis.....and the only way to travel back and forth is via: rental car, taxi, or a bus (where you need to change somewhere halfway).

Yeah, pretty much. There is a light rail going from downtown Minneapolis to Apple Valley/Bloomington (Mall of America) which works great for like the > 5% of the total population that has it as a viable means of transportation.

If I were you though, I'd go with the taxi, especially considering that you're probably not going to be all that far from the actual venue. probably pretty cost effective.

UGH, this is looking lamer by the minute. I get in around 3:00 or something or I'd have no problem sharing a cab. Looks like I have no choice but to cab it on my own. I'm not doing the rental car thing - did it last year and paid my dues.

We're not worried about getting from the hotel to the venue, there's going to be a shuttle to and from the hotel/venue.

It's the transportation to/from the airport to the hotel that's going to be a pain.

Sure, but I'll probably just wait for ya - if you get in around 6:20, you should be able to get to the hotel before 8:00. Either way though, we'll just cell each other, it's all good.

I really appreciate it, but I'm scheduled to land at 2:35 and definitely wanna just get to the hotel. I'll probably end up just doing the taxi thing.

What time does your flight leave on Sunday? I'd definitely be up for car pooling then. (Mine leaves at 3:40 pm).
