Kevin Talley Stere Drum Tracks

I just noticed on his site hes selling stereo drum tracks of certain tracks...especially interested in Chimaira's "Nothing Remains" track.

Though it says that he has re-tracked the drums so that would make me assume they are raw and nothing like the album tones.

Just curious if somebody has bought these?

I worked on a track that he played drums on and his raw drum tones sounded phenomenal on the track I got. I would imagine these should sound just as good. If so then I am in on it.

Deadline is today. Worked on it all this weekend, scratch guitars and bass are done, i just have to retrack all the guitars tonight and send my submission. Working on such good drums helps a lot with the mix btw

Sounds more like a real snare instead of an e-drum to me.

The drums tone reminds me a lil' of the drums tone on chimaira's self-titled album, on which Kevin was playing. Maybe look out for the production info for this specific album ?

Or better : email Kevin Talley directly (google his name and go through his website) and post his answer here.

I love his drums tones on that track.

To his credit, he's a really hard worker from what I've seen/heard. The fact that he's willing to do such services, even if he realistically has to make it worth his time, is pretty humble to me.

No doubt about that, and you can tell he's a drums soldier when you see the roster of bands he's been playing with !

He's one of my favourite drummers, and even if that kind of contest / his website has of course a self-promotion side to it, i like that kind of interaction he has with fans.

Just being able to listen to such badass mixed drumtracks is awesome.
