1st of all sorry for the crap tone/riff but i thought it would only be fair
to have the eq band flat for both tests.

1st guitar = fx send
2nd guitar = line out

cool, chuck a ts-9 infront it will clean the line out a bit, i
didn't do this with my example.

Haven't listened yet, but which impulse did you use?
As far as I know, Redwirez impulses are the only ones to use a solid state poweramp.
Which means if you used a different impulse, the line-out (which is tapped from the speaker out) contains poweramp + preamp -> poweramp EQ curve from impulse. Generally, you would EQ differently in your DAW to compensate for this.
