I'm looking forward to the new album. Howard has some good, brutal screams, and some powerful, beautiful clean vocals. All you whining about metalcore, go listen to the song Declaration. Some of the best METAL riffs I've heard in a long time. Anywho, as far as black singers, the singer for Embodyment is black and has some good screams and cleans, but they are more emocore or something now, used to be death metal. And while not metal, don't forget Living Colour, Doug Pinnick from King's X, and Lenny Kravitz. Those boys can sing.

They're alright but I do agree with Worm that they are generic. I dont get the hype around that band.
