Lacuna Coil NOT coming w/ Opeth

The following is an official statement from the group's label, Century Media Records, regarding the cancellation:

"Italy's LACUNA COIL will regretfully be unable to participate on the upcoming '4 Absent Friends' tour with OPETH, PARADISE LOST, and TAPPING THE VEIN due to the untimely processing of their immigration paperwork, which has effected many touring bands from abroad since September 11th, 2001.

"LACUNA COIL are making every effort to return to North America as soon as possible to promote their album, 'Comalies', and are actively seeking another touring option for early spring/early summer."


Well I know VEHE was aiming for that tour earlier, do ya think you can get it now, if they pushed everyone up & had y'all 1st?

As a result of LACUNA COIL's recent withdrawal from the 4 Absent Friends North American tour, PARADISE LOST have been moved up the bill and will be playing a 40-minute set as direct support to headliners OPETH, according to PL's official web site. Philadelphia's TAPPING THE VEIN will move into the third slot with a 20-minute set.

LACUNA COIL were forced to cancel their participation in the tour earlier this week due to the untimely processing of their immigration paperwork, which has affected many touring bands from abroad since Sep. 11, 2001.

I thought Tapping The Vien was from Europe, You sure you are speaking of the same Tapping The Vein, I dont know much.. Pasqual had this tour then lost it, I dont know who has it now, it is too late to get on anything like this last minute. Sucks! I just hope we dont miss the show in Phoenix. The probabaly wont come around until another 8 months.
