Mr.Niel, he's not exactly "stirring up shit about the band", he's just expressing how this fuckup ruins the atmosphere for him...it's legal to not like everything Opeth have ever put out, and there's no fucking problem with posting on their messageboard as long as he's not insulting the band members.
