Most of the songs here are worthless. That said, there's a couple of good tracks here and there. The instumental version of Host could've been an intro to the actual song on Grin. The live tracks are good for the most part, especially Internal Conflicts, which is faster and I'd argue, better than the original.

Adrenaline Mob - Coverta I really enjoy those songs originally performed by RJD, Russell Allen does a killer job with those. Some not so great covers as well, like Doors cover Break on Through and couple other.
