Are there any other Opeth songs like Godhead's Lament? Usually I'm bored to tears by Opeth, but this sounds fantastic. Especially the solo.

mh. i think opeth are quite homogenic in sound ... i guess if you like godhead's lament you should check into the rest of still life. white cluster has an awesome solo (imo) ...

Still Life is indeed a pretty consistent effort that makes a better listen as an album than as individual songs. Aside from some glaring production flaws mostly only noticeable through headphones, I recommend it.

Thats probably their last great song, imo (albeit a bit too repetitive). They'll never ever ever top The Night And The Silent Water. Folky doomy wonderfulness.
