A gold badge for Prog Power gets you in the door a little earlier every night and gets you into the VIP room for the pre-party. It's not overly expensive. It's $135 (I think) as opposed to $105 for the normal tickets. GB holders also got 24 hours advance notice on the festival date so they could book a hotel before everyone else. It's really not that big of a deal but for $30 more it's worth every penny.

Back to issues at hand. Soundmaster = Master of sound, you sumed up the album pretty well.
You should not bust your balls trying to like them just cause every body else does. I have to be in the mood myself to listen to them. They're one of my favourites because of what they did at the time and because of the believe and the effort that Jimmy put in to have got them where they were. Not to mention Robert's voice and Jones' versatility. They were all great mucicians imo.
