No need to say it like it's a bad thing. If you wouldn't be working would you get much? I'm just surprised he keeps buying so many albums with that kinda cash,unless of course his account is stacked.

I get $30 every two weeks. I have a lot of credit at a record store due to trading in CD's, that is why I get more than $30 worth. Also, since I sold my fish tank recently, I have more cash on hand. But yup, $30 every two weeks.

The last batch of CD's I got were all with trade, not a penny of cash. I did order a few things though :

Finally received it today! And I've already listened it three times! It's excellent, really!!

Startled the clerk at the counter when my khaki-clad self turned up to buy Nevermore - Enemies of Reality, Pantera - Far Beyond Driven, Opeth - Damnation, and Type O Negative - Life Is Killing Me.

I tend to shop online at The End Records and Laser's Edge more often than not, but once in a while I like to go into a physical store and see what grabs my attention.

Got 3 cd's in the mail yesterday.

Nevermore - In Memory EP
Beats the crap outta Enemies Of Reality anyday. Great music,great lyrics,only thing that sucks about it is that there's no booklet,the lyrics are in the digipack sleeve. Everyone should of course check this out. 9/10

Dark Tranquillity - The Mind's I
Finally got this one on cd too. The drums sound so much sharper and really standed out the first time I gave it a listen. The first few songs (Dreamlore Degenerate,Zodijackyl Light,Hedon) are awesome,very melodic and fast. The last few songs haven't caught my attention that much yet,except for the instrumental title track,which is superb. Also Insanity's Crecendo features some of the best DT lyrics.
The only downside,yet again,is the booklet. The lyrics are hard to read cause of the blurry background picture/painting/whatever it is. 9/10

I'll elaborate a bit more when I listen to it properly.
