Laura/ Iris: Have you heard the new Tori CD?

Mmmm....Tori!
I owned "From the choirgirl hotel," but it disappeared during my parent's divorce.
I can't even find the fucking tape I made of it.

i keep forgetting that Tori Amos is still making music, honestly. i did see her new CD last time i went into a Barnes & Noble and have been wondering how it sounds. is it more Beekeeper-like stuff, or "returning to her roots" or something totally new?

Not yet but i am considering to buy it.
There are more cd's i have to buy and i still need to go to the recordstore.
I'm either too lazy to go to town on my day off, or too tired to go there after work.
In the meanwhile, i am buying vinyl.
:muahaha:

I don't like Tori Amos, but if it'll bring on the women, I'll put aside my dignity for a while and blare it from the sides of an ice cream van.

Tori Amos is quite a brilliant song writer, and this new CD is some of her best work in recent memory.

I acknowledge I was not being addressed in this thread, but I felt compelled to agree, 'cause you are correct Karen.

Oh man I've been waiting to buy it... some of her best!? YAY! ::squee:: ok... I think I'll finish freaking out and go buy it along with some other things I've been meaning to purchase.

Indeed. However, I haven't heard much (well, any, really) of her later work. Will do, though.

haha, will sent the cd to me (no, he doesn't listen to tori, he just steals cds) and though i've only listened to about half of it so far, i absolutely love it! "digital ghost" is soooo beautiful!
