LexTac Try - Liberation riff

This is the BEST sim ever done! I still need to get used but this thing is obviously killer for cleans,crunch and heavy distorsion.
I recorded the intro of liberation and with a little bit of curveeq seems pretty similar. Let me know what u think

Better than the original IMO (which had a bit of a plastic quality). The rest could use some work, but the guitar is phenomenal.

All I say is wow! Really heavy but I suspect the bass guitar plays a biiiiig role in that. Care to post the guitars only just for reference? Really awesome mix.

THX GUYS! i adjusted something and used an exciter to get more highs for the guitars. Recorded the other small part and made a cool sound for the effects (LexTac on this one too!

Just lextac, i've tried using a ts but it's not cool so i just used the sim alone

channel red -brighter - input 5, gain 5, bass 7, mid 4, treble 6, contour 7, poweramp 6 , out 5, boost off



catharsis s-pres8 - and maybe redwirez something (there are so many) it's quad tracked.

the only think that gives probs of this ampsim is the hyper-djenty attack.. there's tooo much and since i am always chosing brighter mode it will be always there. i'm a doing something wrong?

If you use more gain and less input djentiness just disappears. I use gain: 3, input:7 for a djenty sound.

it's virsyn bass splitted in 3 tracks 2 hardpanned with ampeg and one in the center distorted with metal amp room (bypassed the cab).

@Dandelium yeah i've noticed the behaviour of lextac but more gain > more mud at least with my guitar and emg ..
