Yes it comes in a digipak and a hardcase in america, not just Europe. I have the hardcase so I know its true. Ive seen the digipak at the store down the road and it sucks just as bad as all digipaks do.

Digipaks are...just fancy covers. I've got the plastic cased version. I bought Still Life in a digipak for 20 bucks over here in Perth, it was cheaper than the plastic case. Crazy shit. Nothing extra though.
