The sound last night was stunning

That really good vibe and high energy level that is unique to Opeth shows kicked in about half way through the set. Well, i felt it anyway

Mikael's soloing was particularly inspired last night. It's always a privilege to see any musician when the creative channels are flowing that well. Uplifting experience.

i've never been to a gig when so many people come away talking about how good the sound was!! have the venue packed out probably helped though.

still congratulations to the sound guy.

I was just wondering what happened to the guy with the mic, taping the show? I saw him for maybe the first twenty or so minutes of Opeth's set then he disappeared...or seemed to at least. Either way, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a copy of that...

I, senex filled that /gay/ condom with water and raspberries and lifted my dear friend up so he could impale it onto the spike.

It's Friday right now. I've just got back from another gig at the MF2, and guess whats -still- hanging on the wall?

I'm off to the Astoria again on Wednesday, so hopefully it will be there and I can get a few action shots of it with my digital camera.

Yeah, I'll be there...I'm taking a friend who's musical knowledge goes about as far as Slipknot...so if he doesn't like them...tsk tsk.

Do you have any idea who's definitely supporting? Coz I read or hear a different thing about it every day. As it stands, I believe it'll be 27, DJ Speedranch, and Johnny Truant...but I was also told Cult Of Luna would be there too...so I can hope at least...

That was ME!!! Yeah I disappeared because I got dragged out of the moshpit=got caught

I wish I could get my hands back on that also! Only recorded up to Deliverance though
