I'm looking for a small box that will filter program changes. This looks like it would do it:

But it's pretty damn expensive. Is there anything cheaper??? This is such a small job, I'm loath to spend £130 on it!
Basically I need to prevent my Line 6 M13 from sending program changes to my Line 6 M9 and my Marshall JVM. None of the units have this ability natively, so I'm going to have to get something to sit in-line.
