I wonder where can I find that vocal effect which used in "In The White" at 3:34

Is that set form scratch with reverb, delay etc. or applied a instant effect?

May I have the effect name?

Just sounds like a reverse reverb to me.

Reverse it, add reverb, reverse it back.
