A Question For Mr. Sturgis

Joey how did you do the vocal effect on "Sassafrass" during the first breakdown where Mike's voice comes in. Is it a pre delay or reverse reverb? I have been beating myself up trying to replicate that ha. Anybody else that can help too is appreciated. And this is my first post so whats up everybody.

Reverse reverb will sound better anyway. Try different parameters on the reverb and do your edits to a grid so it lines up with the original correctly. Also, put your reverse reverb on a different track than the main vocal so it can overlap.
