It would be nice if my 1200F would act as the dongle for M-Powered, that's for sure.

I want to pick up M-Powered or LE, but I hate the idea of having to buy a ProFire along with it AND MPTK.

I was under the impression you needed a digi interface with LE, or a M-Audio M-Powered compatible interface with M-Powered. Is this true?

And is there a significant difference between LE and M-Powered?

also, no difference between M-Powered and LE except you can't get the DV Toolkit for M-Powered. iirc
