One thing with that is that pinching near the bridge/above the trebble pickup isnt easy as I have a spikey floyed rose, please tell me the best spots are NOT above the treble pick up

It is not that easy to explain, but I like to play pinched harmonics with my thumb, hitting it in the right spot according to what fret you want to get it. It is different on every guitar, just play around with pick positions on the strings and you will find it.
