Mar De Grises - The Tatterdemalion Express

I know that I have mentioned them a few times before but wanted to create a thread dedicated to the band/album. To copy one of my posts:

Mar De Grises ARE the next big thing in the doom world. They're from Chile and are amazing. The Tatterdemalion Express is their debut full-length and is probably my pick for the top spot of 2004 aside from Autumn Aurora.

Extremely emotive, mesmerizing, funeral (loosely labeled) doom with excellent instrumentation.

I know Erik and J. would love it and expect others to enjoy it as well. Excellent, excellent album; and to think it's just their debut.

Imagine the latest Void of Silence, throw in some proggy instrumentation in a doomy way, mixed with some piano usage ala Arcane Sun, and top it off with some Evoken. Excellent clean vocals, death growls, and black screams.
