New Album: Recording Started 25.03.2008

This just in: My Dying Bride have entered the studio to start recording for their next album. Pre-production has started last week and they gone into full studio at mode at Futureworks in Manchester, with Mags once again at the wheel.

According to Andrew, there are no song or album titles yet, but the feel of the album is, in his words "heading for empty and bleak with flashes of rage".

More as we get it.

I haven't listened to any of their more recent albums, but I'll probably check them out when this comes out.

...except that Line of Deathless Kings was the 2nd worst thing they ever released.

It is.

I found it their most uninspired release since their apparent rebirth since the 33 (etc) % album.

It lacked any strong songs, and worst still when they play the tracks from the album live on tour, they always sound extremely weak against older songs.
