Where did the lyrics come from if there's no singing in the track?

MAYH is a concept album. All the songs link together to create a story. If you look in the booklet for MAYH you will see the lyrics are in one big block as in a story and every song title is mentioned in the story. Also the song title of the next song on the album is in the lyrics on the previous track.

This is my favorite type of lyrical structure and I hope Mikael does it again.
