st anger is probably the worst cd i have ever listened to. i stopped listening to it after the first few songs lol. just trying to get a reaction. mayh on the other hand is a great cd all the way through. april ethereal/when...love those back to back.

I'm on the Metallica BB a lot so I tend to react harshly towards St. Anger. Dirty Window is the only decent piece of music on that whole album IMO.

I believe this could not be a greater insult to Opeth than by making this incompetant thread. And Lars>Lopez? Not really. Lopez could do circles around Lars while drunk and sleeping. St.Anger is by far the greatest letdown of any cd I have heard. Metallica has completely sold out to modern music by giving up solo's. I got to track 4 and had to take St.anger out of my cd player. The Martins, Lendgren, and Åckerfeldt woop the shitout of Metallica any day with skill, originality, and ingenuity.
