Ever since I've started using iTunes, I don't think I'd ever go back to anything else. It does everything I'd want it to do, including converting music files if they're the wrong type for my playlist. I had to download additional programs to do that previously, and most of them didn't even work for the file types I needed.

Foobar does this as well, while still being nice and fast

i just don't know how you can honestly enjoy an album when you have 1799 other albums to listen to. Right now I have to much with 276 bands and 424 albums and I still look in my library and am like whoa havent listened to this in awhile...i've always felt like that and no one who is a ridiculous owner of music ever been able 2 tell me how...now I get it if uve been into metal for 20 years or whatever

Thanks to Ozzman i've been using Winamp lately. I'll still use Itunes if i want to listen to a full album at a time or an extended amount of play.

challenge_everything: I usually have a good bit of free time. Not as much anymore, but listening to music was practically the only thing I did with my time for years.

Not to mention that the concept of saving money is completely foreign to you, or is only employed to the extent that the need for metal-related purchases of several hundred dollars at once periodically arises.
