As some of may know Megadeth have got a new album coming out on the 14th sept called the system has failed as a result of this Megadeth are gonna do a tour wouldnt it be great if anthrax toured with them>!!>!

could happen, this is from Mustaine's latest post:

Anyway, I have still been emailing Scott in Anthrax about my initial idea, but kinda cooled on the idea of Exodus and Testament, due to a misunderstanding between them and what I was told, and what it meant, etc. I don’t want to get involved, because I like both bands so, I am out of this

:Spin: :headbang:

my brother had the pleasure to meet steve souza after the exodus gig the other night. he said that he was talking about possibly touring with megadeth. that would be amazing. I fucking missed the gig got held up in a jam. i cried.

ive heard news that anthrax are probably going to tour with megadeth, that would be awsome, megadeth are my fave band!, and anthrax second...my 2 favourate bands in one concert!, that would be awsome.

Walking Dude-Sorry you missed Exodus, I will get drink beer in your honor tonite.

I,m not sure a tour with Megadeth would be all that great. A great punk band, Velvet Revoler or Exodus would be better to me at this point. But the bottom line is I like to see the boys b4 the year is over.

Looking forward to new Deth very much. Kick The Chair is pretty damn good. A tour with Anthrax? Wooooooow!!!!!!!!

The Velvet Revolver album was quite, well, blah, IMHO. It didn't really grab my interest. I let a fellow metalhead co-worker listen to it and she gave me the same reaction. I wouldn't like that tour because A) Anthrax would be the supporting group (hell, VR sold 250,000 units in a week...WCFYA has sold 60000-70000 in over a year?) and B) I just couldn't get into the VR CD.

Now Megadeth...that would kick ass!!!!

Especially if you get to see more than just the first few songs, huh?

Scott
you know it Scott.

And where's the fun in watching Anthrax blow Megadeth off the stage again? I only mentioned Velvet Revolver as something different, unfortunately I haven't heard the whole album yet, only 3 tracks on local LA radio.

I haven't heard VR yet and am curious.
Are they on the radio? I haven't listened to a single radio station (except a couple times to listen to Love Line) in over 3 months.
I don't get MTV2 anymore because I'm poor now that I'm out of sister's basement.
And I don't trust ANY of the "File Sharing" programs, because nothing is free anymore.
So, how is Velvet Revolver? Anyone love it?

One track I don't like, one is killer and the other one I heard was pretty good but I only heard that one once.

and BTW thraxdude I had some good MAC and Cheese last night.
