I am wondering if the line is perhaps in The Stand by Stephen King? The lyrics to "Among . . ." are a pretty blatant ref. to that book. Well okay.. blatant for most bands but subtle for the guys behind "his first name is Judge/His last name is Dredd." The only one me and the missus have spent more time laughing at is Iron Maiden.
