I've always been a fan of them from the start, but they really progressed pretty well since Nocturnal which is my favorite album by them.

If they've gotten better since Nocturnal then why is that your favorite album?

Death/Black fans should also check out an album that came out this year, sort of under the radar, by the band Thulcandra. It's called Ascension Lost and it's a scorcher. Good old school Dissection vibe.




Lots of good extreme albums so far this year, but I'm getting annoyed waiting for Nokturnal Mortum. Fuck it.
