metal core mix. [KSE-style, 5150, Mesa]

wrote and recorded this song about 5 years ago, since I was remixing a different old thing yesterday I thought I'd remix this song today.

guitars are 5150 and mesa triple rec both through a mesa cab.

vocals are still a bit sibilant I think. wish i'd treated my room back then.

rhythm guitars sound odd (lead is nice) as do the symbols but the vocals are quite nice.

I think it sounds pretty damn good. The guitars could be different but it works well.

I've had that song on my iTunes for a while! I love it. I must've downloaded it from some previous mix you posted.

I think the vocal harmonies could use some aligning here and there.

The sibilance of the vocal is a little harsh and pushy especially on the stereo vocals during the chorus. Cymbals are a little too focused in the lower high end and not sitting clearly in the presence region. Low end is pretty punch though and sounds good.

The overall sounding is a bit boxy due to the rhythm guitars and the drums (excepting the toms).
Agree with the sibilance advice.
