Katatonia is playing Milwaulkee metalfest this year again, along with anathema and some other kick ass bands. (darkane, soilwork etc). should be cool. hopefully they'll do a tour around the states as well...

to watch katatonia again in milwaukee .........it will be brutal! did anyone catch anathema's performance at "the globe" last year? is katatonia performing on the main stage(metalfest) ????

I missed Katatonia last year, but I won't miss them at the Metalfest this year. I cannot wait to see them. If anyone here saw them there, what songs did they play? Did they have an autograph signing or what?

Hell yeah - that was incredible! The first night we arrived in Milwaukee, we saw the marquee for the globe saying "Metal Bash" outside. So we parked and walked up to the bar, seeing tons of people hanging outside. When we walked up, Jonas and Anders from Katatonia plus Mike and Peter from Opeth were all hanging outside.. wow. Then when we walked in, I literally walked into Vincent of Anathema. I stuck around and saw them play that night as well, really a moment to remember.
