Within Temptation, Lacuna Coil, InMe and Hatebreed have now been added to the bill for this year's Download Festival, which runs from June 9-11. So far, the confirmed headliners are Metallica (June 10) and Guns n' Roses (11).

Scott Weiland wanted to start a radio-friendly hit-making rock group and got the guys from guns and roses, which lessens the chance of the original GNR ever reuniting.

Actually it was the four other guys who were looking for a singer. I hate Scott Weiland more than propably anyone else, but they chose him! Fuck, they really, really should've let Rod Jackson sing in Velvet Revolver!

Oh, and it appears that the rumors are true! Good for GN'R to play some shows, it seems more and more likely that the album really is coming out this year!

haha i cant see it, i remember when they did some festivals here last time in 2002, chinese democracy was gonna be finally released "any month now".......just delayed n delayed, n now its 2006, wonder when the official start date of this album actuallywas, stime to get in touch with the guiness book of records surely
