Mic Stand Recommendations

I just bought three MD421 mics for tom miking, which means I'm now in the market for stands. I've always used tiny mics with drum mounts directly on the tom rims, but obviously it will be different with MD421 II mics now.

Does anyone have any particular stand recommendations for 421s on toms?

General purpose stands would be good too. I currently have two ProLine stands (fixed length boom), and they just aren't sturdy. If I use a heavy mic, these things FALL OVER. I'm so sick of that. Granted, I could just buy some counter-weights, but it seems like better stands is a better option. Maybe I'm wrong.

I also have a DR Pro stand with telescoping boom that is much better than the ProLines.

So feel free to recommend stands especially for toms, and those for overheads and or vocals/whatever.

I was thinking maybe the Ultimate Support MC-40B for toms - http://www.frontendaudio.com/Ultimate-Support-MC-40B-Microphone-Stand-p/9999-09203.htm

They're affordable, but maybe this isn't any better than what I have?

Maybe this for Overheads and physically heavy vocal mics? http://www.frontendaudio.com/Ultimate-Support-Tour-T-Tall-T-p/9999-09224.htm

This looks VERY NICE for overheads and heavier mics, but maybe overkill? http://www.ultimatesupport.com/product/MC-125

Any opinions? Thanks
