How about the Lions beating the shit out of St. Louis? I'm a huge Lions fan, I partially grew up in Wyandotte near Detroit. Think the Tigers can do anything this season? (why is everyone laughing...)

I can see it now the Tigers take the American League pennant. I would love to see them play the Dodgers in the series but we all know thats not going to happen.

I was at the game, it was awesome.
They actually look like a real team, when they are not dropping passes!
I grew up right on the border of Wyandotte. Southgate...Northline and Fort St. area.
Small world.

Well, 5 - 11 doesn't exactly get me going. Millen needs to STFU go away. Jeez, what an embarrassment he is. I was glad to see the Lions show up, but too bad for the Rams and home field advantage. Oh, how 'bout those hits on Bulger???

The Tigers(my first love), alas, have made some good moves and should improve over last year, but I see them being equal to the Valedictorian of summer school. What did ole Sparky once say? Something about the "height of mediocraty"....oh well, we'll see what happens.

I know Southgate, last winter I was there when it was 0 degrees. I live in Florida now, it sucked. My grandmother lived on Orchard Street. I got to go inside Ford Field, I wish I could make a game though. I always catch the Lions when they play down in Tampa.

Hey, If you want misery--i went to one Browns game--Last week. 30-something to zero was the score and it was cold and nasty. Fortunately, we started tailgating at 9AM and I had my first Jager shot by 10AM. The game didn't hurt that bad and I certainly wasn't cold.

Yeah, I excpect Michigan to play well. They have/had there pep rally going on this morning. I heard some Michigan fans on the USC radio station today having fun on the USC station with the Roger Lodge(Blind Date host) Morning show. Anyway college football and a day off. Think I'll cook a ham and of course toast everyone with a cold Budweiser longneck.

I do miss Michigan sometimes, but wearing shorts all year round here in Florida is great. This is the best time of the year here, not too hot or cold. The new Living Colour is good, quite a different mix than they've had in the past. I wish Doug Wimbish would showboat a little more, he is such a badass bassist. Good CD though. GO WOLVERINES DAMMIT! Stay warm bro
