Micing a slant cab

Hi
I've a doubt regarding the micing tecnique with a slant cab.
Usually I mic a speaker on-axis in a straight cab, with the mic perpendicular to the speaker, but with the top speakers in a slant cab how do you do? Mic on-axis with the speaker or on-axis with the cab (as it's a straight cab)?
I ask this because I didn't see too much studio pics where the top speaker are miced on axis...usually the mics are always on-axis with the cab as it's a straight cab...

I mic it always on axis with the speaker.
You can mic it on axis with the cab if you want, maybe, to attenuate the fizz.

I always mic the bottom speakers in a slant cab as I prefer how they sound (and I moved the individual speakers around in my cab to be sure ) - check out the clips I made in this thread!

I also use one of the bottom speakers. 1960As are pretty bright, and the top speakers get harsh easily.
