Your micing technique for Mesa OS

So Mago helped me out and gave me some feedback about my clips and some great advice via pm. it really helped a lot. i tried some new settings and a simpler mic position and this is what i got. this is a quick test i did of a couple parts of a song my band has. let me know what you guys think. i just want it to sound professional.

I can hear the amp humming at 0:32, you should try to fix that.

yea i know theres hum. i usually use a isp decimator but i didnt use it cause it was at a friends house and this was just a quick test. i dint bother using a gate or anything cause hum doesnt really bother me.

as far as what i did. i turned the bass, mids, and resonance much higher than i had before. i kind of realized before that the head was the thing causing the most problems, and these settings seemed to be what was missing. bass and resonance were almost 10, and the mids were like 4. i put the 57 almost touching the grill cloth. The edge of it was at the edge of the dust cap. it kind of looked like this Oo. and thats pretty much it. i only used a lo and hi pass filter.
