MIDI Guitars

I tab with this in Guitar Pro. so it'll work great for that! Any tuning is achievable. Left Handed is no issue whatsoever, just program the settings in the easy to use software interface for the guitar. Latency is totally nonexistent too! Ok, well, I'm guessing maybe it's 2ms or something ridiculously undetectable.

Anyways. it's way better than MIDI pickup systems since they need the extra step of pitch-detection through audio. This is pressure-sensitive to the note, just like a MIDI keyboard. I appreciate all the positive comments too, if anyone is curious about other features of the guitar and want a video of it, just let me know!

damn, i will order this thing NOW!
just another question, waht about picking the strings?
watching some videos these seem very stiff and plastic like,
how's the feeling, does it come any close to real strings?

cheers
S.

About the strings...they're not that great. They're very similar to the Casio DG-20 guitar. Thick, plastic strings that really don't feel that real at all. You can tweak the sensitivity on them which makes it playable (though there's a learning curve) but I really decided not to use them that much unless I have to.

how is this with something like electricity or prominey? can you post a video of that. half the trouble of getting that shit to sound realistic is the programing involved. but actually playing a "guitar" should make it easier.

I just got mine in the Mail yesterday and I have to say; What an Incredible value for only $200!!!

This will quickly become one of my most valuable tools for composition as it will enable me to write
orchestration faster and with more complexity. Writing it in Guitar Pro then exporting to MIDI has always
been a limit for me.

I use to own a Roland midi guitar pickup and for a quarter of the price this has way better tracking and latency!!!

Thanks again for turning me on to this awesome guitar!
