And the saddest news of all,which many of us knew was coming....Crimson Glory shitcans Midnight in light of his ongoing problems.I was truly hoping Glenn was going to pull that re-union together so we could enjoy Crimson Glory at least once....Dammit!

I find it odd that the charge is "Driving with 0.20 BAC "OR" having a minor as passenger." The odd thing here is the "or"...not the "and." So...it's not disputed that he was driving drunk...but was someone with him...?...and were they underage...?...oooh...not cool...

Sounds like Florida must be a cool place with their laws. Is it an either/or thing?...if I'm driving drunk, I might as well be shanking a minor so I can get a freebie felony charge? Sheesh...talk about hitting the Daily Double...

Aside from my degenerate comments, I feel bad that a talent like Midnight can just steadily rot into obscurity...(sigh)...

As someone who works for a newspaper writing this crap up, I'll explain: Charges are designated broadly to cover a number of similiar type offenses under the same designation. He wasn't necessarily charged with that as written. It's the offense Number he was charged under.

Does that make any sense? All I can say is I have to find the "specific" charge before running anyone's name in the newspaper. In this case, you're just reading the arrest report which lists the charge by number, and is not specific. So it looks like he got both charges but the officer didn't make it clear, (so typical!). I'd spend some time on the phone b4 printing it.

Whatever, I wonder why we need two topics on this. ??
