Mikael Akerfeldt... an INFP?

i was an infp...i think that alot of those tests are fairly accurate...whether you like it or not...if one is totally honest with the test, and isn't in denial of their own self, they tend to do a good job....for me anyway.

Well generally speaking i think most of us Opeth listeners will be introverts because the music typically attracts us (the thinking mans metal or whatever). Maybe i could word that better but you guys know what i mean.

jeez. i never thought id see a myers-briggs thread here. and to think five of my last five threads have been deleted without warning. anyway, my educator mother-in-law is always forcing the M-B down my throat. i despise personality inventories. theyre not statistically relevant no matter how much "evidence" researchers think they have. it all assumes i'm not in control of my behavior. baloney....for what it's worth, i recall that i'm an I. dont remember the rest. thanks. bye.

baloney you say?

hmm...

in our university (Delft university of technology) we have a weekly magazine. some time ago there was an interview with a professor about the use of people assessment tests in job sollicitations.

the guy totally slaughtered them. most of them were very poor. as far as i can remember, he tried them on some people already working for the firm, the results werent any different from a random group of sollicitants...

anyway, i DON'T trust any test that thinks it can analyze a person's character in 5 minutes...

well, and if I say that EVERYTHING I found on that simple piece of paper resembles what I had already found about myself? And well, I think to be talking with indipendent people, who use their mind in decisions.

However, you did well to remark it.
