mike DOES have a black PRS, it is the "quilt top". that could be a custom color they made for him. however the guitar in question is his pre-factory made whale blue guitar...which is NOT black...and is of an earlier vintage than his other PRS guitars.

PRS doesnt make ebony fretboards.

yes, promo photos around the time of D1's release. Mike was seen with a custom PRS with black cherry quilt top, as well as peter with a gibson les paul custom in the vintage yellow color. i beleive these were sponsored props for that shoot by the companies, for ive never seen them use them live or heard of them in their posession since.
