Uggh, am I the only one that hates that song? By far, Eaten is the worst Bloodbath song. It's just so freakin' cheesy. Still to this day, my favorite Bloodbath song is Trail of Insects.

+1 on the fact that the New Bloodbath EP is awesome though. I've probably given it about 40-50 spins since I got it.

Without that inspiration, I completely agree that it's 'freakin' cheesy'; however, given the source material, I think it puts an entirely new, grisly perspective on the song.

It's danish. It's from a documentary about a "metalband" called stormslag. They were following these guys and how "metal" they were and how they were trying to break through on the scene.

THe thing is. They made really crappy music. None of them had skills at all, and they weren't excactly famous for being brainiacs. So you follow them rehearsing (every metalhead/musician were laughing of them and their lack of self-realism), smoking weed/drinking beers and going to wacken. It's kinda danish hillbilly x 2.



So they are basically talking about they are going to do anything to be the ones standing on the wacken stage next year.

I think they got a couple of big gigs because of the tv-show, but they faded again afterwards.

Mike just doesn't fit the usual death vocalist role. He shure has the vocal capabilities, but he just looks so mellow.
