I just bought a 2nd hand Marshall 1960AX 4x12 which the previous owner switched out the standard Greenbacks for the G12T-75's which come in the normal 1960A.
I love the 75's for recording, but for live use I want more mid range (I'm not playing metal) so I was wondering if I could keep the top 2 75's, and put another couple Greenbacks in the bottom.
Does anybody have any experience with having different speaker cones in a cab? Any problems or things I should watch out for?
