i thought DC won those first two rounds but still kinda felt like he was vulnerable. he was already slowing down a fraction and that body work from jones was bound to reap rewards. one of those weird situations where even though one guy is clearly winning i never truly believed he was gonna do it, and then bam it's over.

You thought DC was winning? Really? Jones had way more significant strikes, those thigh kicks alone were destroying DC. DC looked much better than the 1st fight they had, but Jones is just an animal. IT was impressive as hell.

jones was landing more significant strikes (though not many more) and i agree his body/legs attack was pretty relentless and damaging, but cormier was landing the most significant of them we thought, bombs that would've rocked lesser opponents. both rounds were pretty debatable - the first was clearly controlled by jones for the first four minutes but DC arguably stole it with a more dominant last minute. one official judge did give jones both rounds though. ah well, it's all moot anyway.

that KO caused a brain bleed and since then taylor has assaulted someone in a rehab clinic, shot his cousin, pointed his gun at a random woman and some children at a martin luther king parade, and assaulted a woman by biting her face and arm. somehow he's still not done any serious jail time either.

but yeah man, abraham was tough as fuck but he's past it now, got dominated by gilberto ramirez and chris eubank jr in his last two fights. all he does now is walk forward behind a high guard not throwing punches lol. dude should probably retire already.
