so I will try to make this as short as possible. Trying to help a buddy with a venue. The small mixer that controls the building sound is a small mackie. In order to sum everything to mono the inputs are 'Y' Cabled to do the summing (Not ideal I know)
I understand about devices that sum stereo signal to mono. Radial av1 for example.
Why don't they sell cheap stereo to mono summing solution ?
Do these cables you see with resisters inline do a good job?
Can i just use 'Y' cables and say screw it?
Should i just throw a couple resisters on a patch cable?
Cheers guys, thanks
