Mooer/Joyo Pedals. Cheap but great!

I have both and they match up well against expensive brands. Their tone is comparable, and both are sturdy. The Mooer's in particular sound amazing. The only drawback I can think of is the Mooer's can be hard to manipulate in a dark live setting due to their small size.

I'd purchased a Joyo Ultimate Overdrive for $35 new after hearing a couple of really good demos.

It's an interesting pedal. Sound-wise it doesn't shape my tone like my TS9 does, nor is it as sharp sounding as a Boss SD-1. It's definitely on the warmer sounding side, imo. One thing I did notice is that it has a lot of low end to it. Making it a good pedal to fatten up an otherwise thin sounding tone.

Value-wise it's pretty hard to beat.

I have the Joyo Tremolo. Fine if somewhat unspectacular. Would like to try some of the new character series clones, but where I'm at, 50 Euros will buy you any vintage Ibanez (read: Maxon) all day long...
