yeah i hear ya - sometimes it reminds me of simon v2.0 (member that game?) try playing it over the top like a keyboard - that way you can get all five digits going seperately.

On GH2 I can about pas freebird on medium, but fail horribly on the next level.

I am shit at playign guitar too, so i love GH, even though it does not help you play guitar much, it does help with rythm and finger exercises. I notice now I can play guitar longer wihtout getting cramps.

The only thing I think GH helps you with is your timing. My fingers get really sore if I play it for too long whereas they don't if I'm playing real guitar.
